Jane's work combines pen and ink drawing, watercolour and freehand machine embroidery. The end results are original, imaginative, elaborate and exquisitely detailed. They reflect a high level of skill and a deep understanding of artistic methods and techniques.

 

Her background as a freelance textile designer coupled with twenty five years of teaching both art and textiles has given her rich experiences which she has used to build her unique collection.

 

A passionate and creative gardener, her current work is inspired by the plants, flowers and wildlife that surround her. Jane has a love of colour, pattern and texture which she combines to enhance each piece, creating very individual work.
